Trainer Nick Zito's War Pass ran as he had done in his other three races, from the front and was never headed.

Pyro, who was runner-up to War Pass at Belmont Park last time, came out second best again. Kodiak Kowboy came third, a place in front of Tale of Ekati

The trainer is determined to get War Pass ready for the 2008 Kentucky Derby.
